Return Policy

M & M Appliance takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and in doing our part to ensure a pleasant experience, please review the Terms and Conditions below. If you have any questions, please Contact Us. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Product Selection: Please carefully review all the products you have selected. Pay special attention to fuel type, electrical requirements, door swings, colors/finishes and sizes. Make sure you have asked for a specification sheet to ensure the appliance will fit properly through your doorways and into your cabinets and cutouts.

Scheduling Delivery/Installation: Please provide your salesperson the date you would like the appliances delivered/installed. At the time of the order, the salesperson will know if the items are “in stock” or have to be “special ordered”. All product that is not in stock will need to be ordered and estimated dates of availability will be provided in most cases. Unobstructed access to make the delivery/installation is required.

Cancellation: Once we order an item and it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review the section on “Returns”.

Payment Terms: Payment in full is due at the time of the sale. Any past due balances must be paid before delivery/installation in order to avoid rescheduling the delivery. All rescheduled deliveries will be the next available day. For your protection, proper Identification will be required for all credit card and check sales. Payment on all Company Invoices is due and payable by Customer within 30 days following the Invoice date. Interest shall accrue at the rate of 18% per annum (1.5% per month) on all past-due balances. In addition, Customer agrees to pay Company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in connection with all efforts to collect amounts due hereunder.

Warranty Terms: All appliances will come with a warranty and will be subject to service at the manufacture’s discretion. All deliveries must be inspected by either the purchaser, contractor or designated person on site. Product cannot be returned once delivered/installed.

Cosmetic Warranty: Cosmetic warranties vary by brand and are subject to the terms given by the manufacture. Please report cosmetic issues immediately to ensure coverage. Anything noted past the manufacturer’s terms will not be covered.

Returns: Any item that is “new in the box”, and a ”non-special order” that needs to be returned will be subject to M & M ‘s management's discretion to accept and will be subject to a restocking fee up to 35%. All special-order items are not returnable. Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Any service issues will be reported to M & M Appliance at the time of installation. The warranty on the product is for repair and not replacement per the manufacture’s guidelines.

Property Damage: M & M Appliance will only cover consequential or incidental damages that are DIRECT results of M & M Appliance delivery or installation. M & M Appliance and its representatives will not be responsible for the condition, defects, leaks, failures of proper operation of water valves on the premises, caused by turning the valves ON and OFF. Property owners are responsible to ensure water valves operate properly.

Rebates: Many of our products come with rebates. It is the customer’s responsibility to file your rebates within the required guidelines. M & M will not be responsible for a rebate that was not paid due to late or incomplete customer registration.

Privacy Policy We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information (PII) when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
