- We recently completed a kitchen renovation and went through M&M Appliance to purchase all our kitchen appliances; it was an excellent experience and I recommend them highly. We worked with Rory Callaghan, who was very knowledgeable about these machines and specifically, what it takes to have a workhorse kitchen. He was prompt in sending over proposals, helping with storage and delivery logistics, and answering questions about the appliances post-delivery. His follow-up and care has been consistent throughout the process- he is clearly invested in his clients' satisfaction. Delivery itself was flawless. We've had no problems with our kitchen, and the appliances have exceeded our expectations. We purchased a Liebherr fridge, Miele speed oven and dishwasher (both amazing), and Fischer & Paykel range. I have a busy household full of kids and am constantly cooking; these appliances have made my life so much easier. Shoutout to Tammi Gordon, procurement specialist, who was also very helpful and kind. If ever we have to renovate another kitchen, we will purchase again from M&M.
